I need HEX for 16F628 - GSM-Forum

Hello All,
I need 100% working Hex file for programming PIC 16F628 /04 for Dejan Box DCT3.
I have JDM programmer and Ic prog 1.05 ,pin no 2,9,10 not connected when i programing process.All is Ok , but Box not work with WinDls or other soft.
Writing fuses WDTE off
PWRT on
MCLR on
BODEN off
LVP off
CP off
Oscillator XT.

I use 8MHz or 4MHz crystal not work box again.
What crystal for PIC16F628 /04 ?
I´m trying external power for this,not effect.

Please help me, send me file.

use 8 mhz christal... no exteral power needed...
I used 16f628/20 without problems but the 4 mhz pic should also work... I also used 16ce625 without any troubles.

The hex should be on CAD's ftp site.... use search function to locate him.
