it may sound idiotic but...... how will i know the ppm package if its d, e, f, j? what is that for??

activate netmonitor menu, press 88, you will see ppm <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

if the phones dead, read fullflash and see ppm. you could use hex, nfree etc...

try to use wintesla. you an diagnose the and see the ppm package there.

try to use wintesla. you can diagnose the problem and see the ppm package there.
