|  i need your help,please hey, my wife has lost the document where is the pin and superpin on it. now we have 3 times the wrong pin enter. now i must have the puk, but we don't find it. now i search a program that can read the pin/superpin/puk so i can use phone. please help me. i have the fbus/mbus cable that i can use. mfg xervas |

|  Sorry to dissapoint you but NO program or cable can help you extract the PUK of your SIM. It is SIM related and not phone. Only your provider can help you. But if they wont, you are to buy new SIM and in effect you'll have new mobile number. There is this device called SIM card reader but too expensive than buying new SIM. Quote:
