What is FAID??
Also anyone can help me with full tutorial about gsm hacking/flashing!!

First answer:

FAID: Flash Authority ID This is a kind of "comprobation" inside the nokia flashes. If you donñt correct that after change PPM or Software version, or eeprom, phone automatically lost signal and autoreset...

Second Answer:

Do you think thet this forum is not enough tutorial??????
