There are sites which sell the led lotion which turns blue to white and blue to purple for around 50 dollars for 10,000 led changing. However any scientists who know the chemical or where we can get it cheaper.

considering $50 to change 10 000 LEDs from blue to white, it's a very good offer.
It means each LED cost a mere $0.005. Compared to present LED's price, US$1+ for a good blue one and US$2 for a good white one. The money you saved is few hundred times. With so many you can coat with it, i don;t think people will want to buy so many bottles and getting rich from selling the lotion is unlikely.
