well this was a big subject not so long back ..
and stumbled on this link/webpage ..
i have'nt got one or ordered one .

but if this can do it, shurly a pheonix programmer could ?..
might even be one !!!!! (just pakaged differently)
would b nice to have a look at the software ?

It`s Towitoko "Chipdrive" maybe "little modifed"
Yes,it can unlock PIN only if You know right PIN first

I have original MFG reader and my settings for GSM SIM editor is here: com1, HW detect - none, reset with - RTS, coding - direct, reset line - low. Soft works on readers with SmartMouse interface.

Well i got it too work folks ....
and it works WELL ....

u leave everything standard ... apart from in code u change it to direct (if it is'nt already!)
well this works on me elvis (once in pheonix mode, changed by mp7)

its just any pheonix compatible cardreader ..
but i cant get it too owrk anyhows on mine ...
the best software, is this one
