Made Data in warranty info - GSM-Forum

Is there a way anyone has found of changing the made date stored on any nokia phone in the warranty menu. The *#92702689# one? I've tryed searching in a full flash for it but can't find it. Would searching for the date in hexidecimal help?

u could try using hexworkshop or any hex editor.. do copy the eeprom flash part of the cellphone.. search eeprom then depends on what nokia cell. on the XXX16A is the prod. date. i think it's in the viper documents that comes with NFREE u will see it there.

You may use PC Local and Wintesla

Using PC Local

1) Go to ME memory function
2) Go to Production Data edit
3) Go to Manufacturing month and edit it and press Enter

Now you will have the month and year that you want .

You can even change the production code and serial code.
