Try and be more specific. What virus, what happens etc?

If it has anything to do with no ringtones, or half phone memory, then it need a software upgrade.

Sorry, but please please please please read back thru the posts on virii! I've posted about them in a few threads on many forums!

Phones can't "catch" virii, bugs in the software may allow exploitation but virii by definition try to *******te, no phone (with the exception of new java ones and 9xxx class phones) have the potential for this type of behaviour!

However, if there is an exploitable bug then i'd be interested in hearing about it.. 8310 upgrades aren't easy to get without sendin your phone off or travelling.. Many people have the and exploitation would be easy
