MMC not detected in 9210


Hi everybody, I am curious why at my customers nokia 9210 cannot detect MMC? you cannot open any file from MMCn nor read it from file manager.I have reset the phone, still same problem.Is that the hardware problem?anybody has the same experience? please give me the solution.thanks

I have the same problem to....but some time MMC is detected, and some one told me if my screw is to long, so the card not conect to conector. i have change my screw but still no solution...any ane have solution pls..

some 9210 only support 16,32,64 and 128 mmc.If not change V001.hope it can help u....

Yep it's a hardware probs mate, check if there's small metal besides the SIM at the left side, w/out that metal phone can't detect the MMC.

if the small metal near the left side of the simcard, just connect it to the ground with jumper wire.

After that, with or without MMC card in ur phone. If u go to Office -> File Manager. U can see Device memory card always shown after Communicator. But it's no problem.
