Need tia file for flash ID: 00B00049! Who can help me pls!

This is Sharp LRS1342 flash IC!

Nobody know???????I can't believe that!!!!! No explains, no solutions! Or no one met it? This flash ic is in a 8250, now it say contact service and org imei:656565656565656, imei:000000000000000, so i can't reflash it. I was check for many tia files but no tool have tia file for this ic! What can i do now? I don't want to change flash ic! Can you help me?

what software did you use?try geoflash or rolis

Rolis, knok, xpmobiles.... but no one has tia file for this flash!

Hmm, what the bad! My problem solved with change flash ic!!!!!!!!! but i don't know why nobody can solve this problem without change flash ic? Still now have 93 viewer but have not any solution??????????????
