this might sound stupid m8 but have you tryed where you bought the phone from???
or try and get one from who ever your make of phone is???

You can't just do this. First, most retailers don't even repair phones and they don't just give this. You also couldn't just ask for this from Nokia unless you are somehow connected with them.
