New cellular software release

LCD contrast tuning support added

Note: Contrast tuning works only with Wintesla Service Software version 3.23 or newer and Philips displays.

Cell Broadcast topic name fix (9 vs. 5 characters)

Fix for Phonebook entry name replace when two copies

Picture message text saving improved during flashing

Picture message data is always stored as unicode text
