New solution for AMD flash. - GSM-Forum

Hi All, i have a solution for Amd flash, into 5110 5.28,5.29,5.30 - id - 000122DA.

You mus use W29LV800_10may2000_14.44.18.TIA this file mus have 5.908b.

Edit this file with others HEX editor and
in this file on address 7ECh you will find
this data:
46 40 68 02 78 10 09 80 D3 FA 48 61 68 00 78 03

And you mus to change with following data:
B4 07 1C 08 21 01 F0 0F FC A1 1C 13 BC 07 46 C0

And after this procedure can you read and write into amd flash...

Hiya,

I have read your post, and done all that you describe with the editor. However, how do I use the TIA file? I thought the phone needed the f_loader file to use? How do I use the new tia file?

i think you have to rename it to f-loader.bin

great work man... but how about the atmel flash 1f00c0 ? that's the real pain in the @ss... can you figure out something to change? i'll take a look on the file later tonight.

) Just use Darkshell, choose
manual, choose amd8 and right boot loader.

I need READ content of FLASH ROM, not write to it !!! With Your drivers I can read only FF 00 etc.
