Apply Factory defaults with Rolis 1.8 or b-freaks EEprom Tools 3.31, I had the same problem once

u must be after make full flash 4 M
then u must be change the serial number behined the mobil by nokia tool version 3.03
then restore ur mobil after make log
u will have a signal
