Would anyone have information regarding unlocking a Nokia 2190?? I believe it is DCT-1 but I cannot find cables or pinouts anywhere...

for DCT-1 you need the nokia sp lock generator (nsl) a very old program whitch needs the network id and the imei number and it will give you a code like this #pw+1234567890+1#
