Hello Gsm friends! how can i unlock my 3210 5v31 phone, i have a working cable but not a good sofware.

Hi!

You must have a M2bus (service) cable.
The solution:

(

1.You have to open the phone (without back cover)
2.Phone must be on
3.Conect m-bus cable to phone
4.Run nokiatool.exe to read phone
5.Push read phone...push unlock-nothing happened
6.On eepron 24c16 conect scl and test 6 and 7 (phone stil on)

+---+ conect 6 and 7
*-5---6---7--8-*
* *
* 24c16 *
* *
* * *
*-1---2---3--4-*

7.Read phone again (you will see funny imei)
8.Push unlock button 8-10 times
9.Remove conect on eepron 6 and 7, scl and test
10.Push read phone again
11.Push unlock button again
12.And phone is unlocked WORKS 100% ON ALL LOCKS.
WARNING: this solution is risky, "Contact Service" may occour! Backup EEPROM dump!

Many thanks for your help.
i tried this and i see in nokia tool034 that lock 4 is open bun when i restart the phone lock 1 and lock 4 are again closed.
do you have some ideas.

i had this prob too in the "early" days.

apparently the L8r 5.31's don't unlock
by pin 6+7 soo

try the pin5 > ground with 10K resistor.

No,
the 6-7Pin solution WORKS on 3210/5.31.
I have test this solution and it WORKS!!!
For 3210/5.36 and 6.00 you need the Pin 5 to GND solution.

pls don't bite my head off, i'm only sharing
the experience of what to do when pin 6+7
don't work on 3210. In theory pin5 should
remove write protection on all EEPROMs
3210's.
