I connect charger, phone is beep once and is not charging, if phone is off battery icon is blinking but not charging

Battery connector's is o.k, i try with new battery it same

Not understand refload, what i must do with capacitors

just **** up the two capasitor between the battery pin there and **** it back.not it to change.try it.think will be ok.
