has ne1 got an idea what program id use to unlock 3310 5.13, i havent got an mbus cable so i can't use Eeprom tools

You have to use MBUS cable+nk_calc or EEPROM tools

use mbus cable with rolis1.7 tool , eeprom tools .

or if u have dejan box , u can use ddp3 .
