nokia 3330 - dead - GSM-Forum

iv a nokia 3330 and it has just gone dead for no reason! when it is connected to charger sumtimes it will show a litl bar but it duznt charge! i have changed screen to see if that was problem! its not! sumtimes when i turn it on... i get the lights and it stays on the lights until the battery is dead... a few mins.. iv also changed batteries to see if that was a prob.. its not either..anyway got any ideas?

there can be many reasons.
first check the battery connector. if it's ok, then on the panel searc for damages. if nothing , reflash it (with eeprom of course).
maybe you have to reflux the cobba or the flash/ram.

for the other part: it's hw repairing job. U need a hot air resoldering station

in the phone shop, i asked for data cable 4 a 3330, he said its only gud for ringtones and pic msgs? that true?

it is true if u want flash phone u need flash cable. commercially available data cable not suitable for this

with data cable (if mbus) U can unlock at least, and calc faaid
