Nokia 3330 Services (WAP) Error??? - GSM-Forum

When I select services on my Nokia 3330 and selected Home or Bookmarks The phone locks then resets! Also all my connection settings have been lost! Could some one please help me sort this problem or send me a program for sorting this problem out?

Hi,
I suggest you to update FW to 4.50, update FAID and make factory resets.

writing MCU&PPM = you can use flasher 4.78 by Rolis
calculating FAID = nokiatool 1.8 by Rolis
factory resets = KNOK phoenix

Cheers one last thing can I do all this with a data link cable? I have heard you need a flasher cable is this true?

Hi,
yes for writing MCU and PPM to the phone you need flasher
