how do i retrieve this ?

PIN, PIN2 is on Your card, it has no dependency to Your phone.
If You have PUK2, there is no problem, You can block PIN2 and then unlock by PUK2. Or try 0000 our provider give this PIN2.

that is the problem : i have only my pin code, not the rest anymore, lost it somewhere...
