if i understand you correctly, there are no received tone in your 7110 right? If that's the case try to reflash your phone with same version and ppm.. you'll need a dejan cable and a back up same as your phone <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

MAKE A GOOD BACK UP FIRST!!!
