Nokia 8146 & Nokia 6170 - GSM-Forum

I have just 'sined up' and would like to say "Hello".

I have a Nokia 8146, (which is still in working use). Does anyone know the SECURITY CODE as I want to RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS. I have entered 1245 and 54321 which I believe is the Nokia default. All I get is CODE ERROR. What will happen if I enter it to many times and it then locks the phone up completely? what should I do? Also, does anyone have a copy of the User Instructions Guide/Manual?

I also have a Nokia 6170, (I still use this too).

Both phones are on T-Mobile. The '6170' has been unlocked.

The '8146' was purchased a few years back when T-Mobile was known as One2One in the United Kingdom.
