Hi, can anybody tell me which of the 5 pin behind the battery is TX/RX and ground

I know that MBUS is pin 1 from upper side
phone.

It's easy to find GND pin ; just use a meter to see which one makes contact with a metallic part of the phone; that one is the GND.
