can anyone help!!!!

Take battery out and reboot also try to remove the message watching program and reinstall it, (take it it's some kind of e-mail program)if that does not clear it try format, the only problem with that is you lose all you data and will have to reinstall every thing again

also make sure you get the latest firmware (4.13)

If you make a backup and only use the contacts and agenda file
from it you saved most of your work probably.

If you format and restore your backup you have the error back in
a minute.

Upgrading is a must!!!!!!
