Member: 871 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 602 | Nokia Flashing Trick Here is a trick for people who are flashing Nokias
either by Dejan 1.00 (for unlock) or Dejan 1.04
(for upgrade). You can flash the unit without
using any battery at all. Just use fast/swift
charger ACP-9U (160 mA, 50-60 Hz, DC 6.2V, 720 mA) Only connect the charger when the software says
"Loading boot loader" (instead of pushing the
power button, connect the charger ) This is more reliable way to flash because you
will no longer worry about "Battery Low" or stop
in the middle of flashing and kill phone With
this technique, you can even flash PCB alone with-
out the LCD + Keypads + Casing etc... But off
course you still need the battery to power on the
phone afer flashing Tested on:
6210 = Partial/Full
3310 = Partial/Full + PCB Only
5110 = Partial/Full
8850 = Full Remember that you must use fast/swift charger and
not slow charger! Because using slow charger you
will get error at around 13% of progress bar By the way, I think this will also work with
NU 2000 and Nokey Best Regards,
X-Shadow |

Member: 4168 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Tested on 8210 5.28 partial.
No battery = CMDError!ash...
With battery = work 100% Charger details are:
ACP-7X
Input: 230v~t10%/50hz/21mA/4.8VA
Output: 3.7V=/355mA Looks like I will have to try and find one of these chargers because this could be very useful and save a lot on postal charges. Member: 871 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 602 | Hello G-Man, Yes, you are using slow charger... The mA is not
enough + the voltage too I said that it wont
work on slow chargers, only fast/swift chargers... B.R. |
