Offline after unlock - GSM-Forum

Hello,
I have 2 phones purchased in florida, usa, after unlock, I understand offline, no network.
Someone has an answer and solution?

check the imei if it is one that can only work with cdma phones it wont have network with gsm. in Nigeria if it starts with anything other than 3 it wont work with gsm. so check it maybe something like that over there so always check imei before you unlock

Check Phones specifications if they are compatible with your current country service providers.

If it the IMEI number start with 0147444...... then you cannot use the phone in a double band country.
