Post Parallel port setting for MAK nokia flasher?

Has anybody got this interface?<br /><a href="http://www.makinterface.de/index_e.php3" target="_blank">http://www.makinterface.de/index_e.php3</a><br />art.nr 00605<br />What are the right setting for the parallel port?<br />Iīm using a laptop and can only choose either ECP or EPP but none of them seems to work...<br />All ideas welcome!!!!!<br />Regards<br />Taichip

It's a serial interface, I think. Use 25 to 9 pin adaptor.

MAKInterface has to be connected to a free 25pole serial port. In case the PC has only 9pole serial ports, a 25pole-to-9pole adapter is needed.

yeah, THAT one works ok..but i bought their<br />"stanalone parallel port flasher" to use with Nokias, but canīt get the piece to work.<br />Can it be the settings for the lpt port,<br />should they be ECP, EPP or something else?
