R u sure the start add is 280000 ?
Cause the last 3 versions of the 3310, the start add is 270000.

well well well, the guy who provided the partial told me it was 28.. don't know.. can't confirm. i'll look for it and post here.

Hi,

adress is cca 0028 is not problem this solved.

Read from 0028 from phone, and after this procedure when is different only 2-4b then is all ok, and when is all different is this others adress, after can you try fleshing and unlocking.

OFF:
BUT ATTENTION !!!
when flash 6210 with partial, you can not use normal old nokia reader for looking all 4 simlocks, because simlocks are ever locked, but this is only optical session.
Phone is ever unlcoked. only for info.
