PClocal1.3+Win98 dont work - GSM-Forum

hi,

I wanna use PClocal to upgrade 3310 to 3315, but the prog, dont work on win98, under DOS mode too.
And what a surprized on my win NT machine work fine. Otherwise mbus progs or any phone prog. usually dosent work under NT but this old soft yes, crazzzzzy!!

Any solution for win98?
or Knok Phoneix is good for this aim safely?

i am using it under win 98 with no problems, however it only stopped working once! i restarted my pc and cleaned the contacts of a 3310 and to my suprise it worked, i have been using it under win98 for few months now.
