One stupid guy attemp with Wintesla chanse IMEI(6110 V-5.48 NSE-3).Ater this operation,phone goes to restart itself aftr ~1-1,5 minuts and no network coverage Some ideas? Sorry my english!

Yes i have a idei i hop you have backup your epprom.

Becuase the checksum is bad and imei is not correct with the 2 other imei number and you must upload the backup of epprom if you will have your phone working again or try to calculat new checksum with wintesla or by a new phone.....
Sorry but the guy ho used wintesla doesent now anything about unlocking

you can try to do like this

step.1 upload backup epprom with epprom programer if you have any
step. 2 flash the phone with dejan flasher with right flash soft
´Now the phone must be ok if not bye a new phone
