Hello,

I heard about a PKD-1 emulator, but it's not 100% finish and
the author abandoned it years ago...

Cracked pheonix?? Does not exist!!! because the cracker
would have to patch all the dlls too!!! too many of them... what
a waste of time for a very buggy software that is constantly
being updated.

Cloned PKD-1s??? I heard this clones exists somewhere in
Europe. Propably DK2s with reprogrammed MC68HC705C8,
EEPROM etc.... Although a good friend of mine tried to read
the contents of an activated PKD-1's MC68HC705C8 processor
using EMP-20 Programmer and he found out that the ROM
was actually proctected and so it can't be copied.

The Schematics for PKD-1 floating around in cyber space are
correct, but the hex,asm,s19 files are incorrect as they say.
But this is for old PKD-1.

Better buy a PKD-1 if you really want to use Pheonix and Wintesla
without cracking them

Best Regards,
X-Shadow

Nope still got mine but have done a deal for a phone with it. shame as I could do with some cash at this time. J as rude is on here but not all the time, Live's not far from me (I could take a phone (DCT-4 one) to him and get it unlocked faster than I could by sending him a log to do from me That's how close he is to me) He is a very busy's man and just keep's adding more and more phones to he list of one's he can do, got a mail this morning that he is now doing the T68i and the newer ones to.

Is the PKD-1 Dongle really worth having? i will buy the dongle cash if someone can tell me what is so good about it etc what are the advantages of using PKD-1 and nokia software rather than the free software availble.

Thanks in advance everyone

The only plus side is that you can use wintesla and have the right dll for the right phone as with the cracked software you can't (good for the 9210) also you can make the Log's for DCT-4 unlocking as well.
