Please tell me about Knok Phoenix and BGA rework!! - GSM-Forum

Dear All,

I am a beginner in mobile phones world, please somebody help me...

I need to know what should I have to do with the Knok-Phoenix software, do I need data cable, flash cable, or any other equipment? Please tell me!!

And I also want to learn how to rework with the BGA chipset, do you know how to desolder the BGA chipset and resolder it again with the BGA IC Planting Kit?

Hi,
for knok-phoenix better post in Nokia section you'll get more response there..this is the Griffin box support area...

I am so sorry, I mixed different issue in this griffin box support forum.
Anyway, I also want to know something about griffin box, I think I need this stuff.
Somebody told me that there are some fake griffin box, I mean they are not the original ones. How to know if the box is original or not?
