Pls mates,
Am sorry if this posting is wrong in this forum, I 've loaded some software into my computer and i have bought a data cable for nokia 3310, i am trying to access my phone but i recieved an error message from the software saying ( check mbus or phone not connected) pls what is the fault here? am i making mistake in data cable connection or the serial port am connecting my cable is not working, or is there any configuration am missing, pls some one should help and tell me exactly what is the cause of my pc not accessing the software,
e.g of the software i've download is nokia by roliis, secondly can rollis clear contact service in 3310 nokia, if not then which software is the best option for clearing contact service in most dct3 phones.
Pls kindly help me rectify this problems, thanks for your help,

you must change pinout ,it must be M-bus and your's is F-bus.
removed in Nokia section.
