I guess that´s 100% fake...

To do that, you just need to flash your 33xx with an *****ered flash. I mean *****ered, by graphics, sounds, etc... Made by someone, but homemade...

This flashes exist for 32 33 51 61 62 71 82 88....
But changing a 33xx to a 6510, it´s "hardwaredly" impossible.
