Hi, Have these PPM's been created using Dejan's 1.04 software? If so will just removing the extra header make them the same as if they had been created in a hex editor?

Cheers, Laupster

Cool

Warning!!!!

These files are only for Dejan 1.03(4)!
If you flash your phone with the PPM ...phone is dead!!!!
(you can write into EEProm, if the file is to long)

When i have time, i will write a little tool for cutting the first 10 Bytes of the PPM from Dejan.
After cutting you can use the file with Dejan 1.00

All you need to do is open the PPM files in a hex editor and delete the first 16 bytes then they will work as normal.

Hi, That's what I thought! Only thing is I did this in Hex editor and then compared it to the same PPM that I had copied from a different phone! Files were identical except for two , two byte changes! Anyone got any ideas?

Cheers, Laupster

Hi guys,

The files created by Dejan v1.04 are the safest possible you can find, just because the box make the full chksum of the image and PPM before creating the files.

Please don't forget to remove the header ( 16 bytes). After that they are 100% ready to upload to the phone with Dejan V1.00 !

Best Regards
