problem with 3310 - GSM-Forum

i have a 3310 v4.24.

it keeps freezin and crashin i asked nokia if this could be sorted out. they said yep said it needed software upgrade.

i just wanted to know if i can do this at home i have the cables but just need to know how to do it.

Have you tried l511 solution(read old posts), I dont belive that you have software problem.

could you please tell me about the 511 solution because i cant seem to find it on the old posts

You need to remove L511 from your phone (dont ask me why but it works).I will send you picture of the phone with position of the part in the phone , I have allready done this on couple of nokias with the same problems.
