dear : 0,c and arrow >, are the same matrix on the key board, means they have the same line with the inner diamter of the key , and they are connected directly to cpu, so solution is to reconnect any of them with the cpu via any equal point from cpu,u can do that by using another 3310 board, u can contact for more details.
