problem flashing my 8250 - GSM-Forum

i want to down-grade my phone with some modz from 8210, but the problem are when i try to flash the modz to my phone nothing happen, i try to use knok and it say cannot prepare phone, i use rolis 4.78 and 4.79 it give no response just say turn phone on shortly then nothing happen, i use geoflash and also it give me nothing. so what should i do? ppm check for the modz are dead. and my phone when i connect to logomanager it always disconnect and there are some msg say bad check sum. help me.

What cable are you using u need a LPT one for Rolis not the serial one.

i've use the right cable i think coz it connect to my lpt port with a converter just like the other flash cable i had see before.

it use adaptor to connect to lpt port but can is it dongle for 8850 and 8250,i mean the pin out.can we flash 8250 with 8850 dongle?coz mine it stated there its for 8850.

Check with a good phone, for safely only read full flash, if it can't work check ur pc and flasher; if can, the phone u want to upgrade had problem; I met alots of phone, specially is 8250, can't flashing with any flasher!
