Problem with N3310 Telfort 4.18, Please help if you have this phone!

Ok,

I have here a Telfort N3310 probably version 4.18... He's dead.
(Then there is no way to check the version, is it? --> It's bought in February/March)
It's dead because some bright soul flashed it from 200000 to 210000 (instead of 270000)

I have the full repair flash here (200000 to 300000) but is this also compatible for Telfort phones?
(the partial is different, so maybe the repair flash should be different too).
If it isn't compatible, can someone please send me a little backup from N3310 Telfort V4.18 200000 to 220000
(that will be enough, I have repaired more Nokias this way).

Thanks a lot!
Chantal
[email protected]

I wouldn't use the 200000-300000 repair file...
Do the following...
Read the full flash and search the flash for the version...

If it was flashed from 200000-210000 then compare 210000-220000 with one the same address space taken from a non-telford (same sw version).
If it matches (you might be lucky) just flash that bit (cut the file to fit, of course).

Don't flash more than the necessary!!! 200000-300000 probably has PPM data (don't recall it now)... and that certainly won't do!

Unhappy

Unfortunately my backup of 20000 to 30000 was empty, so I can't retrieve the firmware anymore...
I tried three backup files (from 200000 to 300000) version 406, 418, 424 but the phone just won't turn on :-(
Nothing happens, so this means I really need a backup from a Telfort phone?
Can someone please send it to me?
(406 or 418) from 200000 to 3000000

Thank you!
Tal
[email protected]
