i want reset 6210 softwaer case proplem in caller groups

hi bop,

if ur problem is that u couldn't view any caller group graphics, just upload a new CG graphics thru logo manager.

If your phone hang when you enter the grafic in caller group
then try to flash the eeprom using flash from a good phone
adress to read and write 005a0000 (don`t forget to backup your phone)
after flash phone repair the imei and open all locks with eeprom tools or act.......
