Arrow Scared! 3310 without Antenna Switch

Hi all there!
I had a 3310 with no network. i checked, antenna switch was faulty.
so i removed it and shoted the 3 leads as in the photo diagram.
and its working fine but is it ok to keep it in the same way, what harm will be caused if i dont put a new antenna switch.
Waiting for ur replies.
Regards!
Dams.
