Searching flash loader for flash ID 009800CE - GSM-Forum

hi

I'm looking for dct-3 flash loader for tOSHIBA flash chip TC58FVB800FT-12
Flash ID is 009800CE

I'm trying to read this chip with 5190 board
I'm using Dejan light flasher hardware and software

When I power the phone on, there's writen:

Loading boot loader
Boot loader is ready...
Flash ID: 009800CE
Loading flash loader
Flash loader is ready....

It shows reading from 00201000
but after that:

Flash loader init error! Tx=0

Help me

Man,there is no Nokia DCT3 phone with Toshiba flash.

But may be this FLASH chip use same flash loaders like known one-AMD,ST,Intel,Fujitsu...

Still need this help

Problem solved

I used A1018 board and Varanius to R/W this Flash chip
Works fine
I alread have FLASH+EEPROM pair from unlocked Telit GM220E
