Is it possible to send ringtones to a nokia 6150e through infrared if it has one?

If so, can you please tell me how.

if your laptop / desktop has an IR port or any IR device and you use logomanager, its possible.

just download its drivers from the net and the CD that comes with your IR device

instead of activating IR from the phone, use two player snake
