Service Provider Lock - GSM-Forum

Hi

I have a Nokia 6210 that has been blacklisted by (well not by apple) if you get my drift.

I have 2 types of cable that fits this phone.
1 is connected via comm port and the other is part of a kit I have that connects to parallel port.
I use win xp on my main pc but I also have win2000 on my laptop.
I was told that changing the IMEI would solve this??
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated to get this phone working again as it fits my fully installed car kit.

ough. download nokia tool 1.8 rolis. connect yer phone turned on via the com-port with an m-bus cable. press ctrl+r (read phone), change the number, push on chg imei, then update faid, then sfr.
noktool can be found with google
