SIM CLONING PROBLEM

I am trying to copy a genie sim card. When i put it into the elvis and run sim scan from the C: directory it says del dex.cfg can't find. I can't understand this if i am extracting sim_scan from a website. I have tried many different site. I have also tried cardinal with no luck.

However i get the menu, select the com port and then press enter, then what happens is it comes with the error msg something like "can't send msg to reset card".

Any ideas on what i can do.

Have you put your programmer in smartmouse mode, and used setting for 3.56 MHz?

1st. Use the prog ElvisCC turn on your Elvis programmer.<br />2nd. Using the prog ElvisCC Set your Elvis programmer in smartmouse mode.<br />3rd. Run Install.bat from the sim_scan dir.<br />4th. Select your com port.<br />5th. Use 3.56 MHz setting.<br />6th. Good luck!
