Hi, when I insert my SIM into my phone, it said SIM restriction pending... what does it mean???

Hello!

The SIM restriction pending means that You set "Auto" for one of the Lock. There is a separate byte for this in the phone and doesn't depending on which locks are closed or not. Probable the Auto lock are set for one of the lock what is allready closed. It can be cleared. I have made also on my phone with a self made program.

But when I read WinLock to read my phone, it said lock1 and lock2 and lock4 are closed, not in auto. Can you please send the self made program to me at here and let me try to clear it?
