Strange 3310 v4.06 - GSM-Forum

I have got across one nokia 3310 v4.06 from holand that I could not unlock, I had tryed almost every partial for that version of phone and all width seam result - nothing , zip, zilch, nada. The strangest thing about that instead unlocking that nokia I got it locked- all locks closed. Luckily i made backup. When i restored backup locks returned to old position(1-locked rest-free)!

thoes anybody have any idea!
The guy swears that nobody touched that nokia except me!

Try 4.06 128kb flash (for telfort phones)
It will work 100% (this is an other start adress!!!!)
