Yes, but not with flasher, because 3210 has en external EEPROM (24c128). You will have to desolder it and read out by I2C-programmer, and fix the checksum!

hi guys, u know the easiest way to repair a CS unit is to; FIRST and foremost, backup the entire eeprom area if the phone has an emulated eprom (u'll find the info on adresses somewhere in the forum) and save it somewhere real safe. next, just full flash it with THE SAME firmware and ppm version. so when it says 4.19 euro, flash ONLY with 4.19 euro (copied from a GOOD and WORKING phone). next step is to upload the eprom part e.g for 3310 v4.02 u write eerom from add: 003D0000 and if the phone has no hardware problem at at all --- it will be alive and with network! otherwise, read more on how to repair broken unit (esp 3310) located somewhere in the forum.

for units like 32 and 51, its another story -- read above! note: u dont have to remove the 24cXXx u can read and write on it in-circuit just be carefull when soldering wires or much better use super-tiny ic clips. dump eprom content and repair using bartek or guars checksum repairer, save and upload back to d phone -- u have it! and sometimes u need to do a full flash (same rules apply -- same version and ppm)
