unable to reads phone type.. - GSM-Forum

i have a 5110 which is netweork locked.. none of the programs i use r able to identyfy it.. "unable to read phone type" or "phone not connected" i have used the same cable and the same programs with other phones with no problem but the 5110 must have the latest version software on it as it is NEW.. does anyone know where i can get software that will recognize the new version 5110??

First you have tho check the sw version on your phone, put in correct simcard and than
type *#0000# than you see your sw.

ok.. so i know what the version is.. the program still wont read my phone..
